Launched on February 6, 2004, the Pelican is the first French-language daily newspaper on the island of Saint-Martin! Readers will find all the general information, as well as local news. For those who stay longer on the island, it regularly informs its readers about the local community life. Le Pélican is the smallest circulation in France, with 1,000 copies per day.
