ROSEMARY'S SEAFOOD & CREOLE

Since 1978, Rosemary has been working hard to introduce Creole specialties to tourists and locals alike at her restaurant, which is the oldest in the lolos. A specialist in lambi fricassee, she also prepares local fish(mahi-mahi, snapper...) very well, either fried or grilled, which she buys from the fishermen at the nearby market.
