At our super roaster Maxime, there's no shortage of novelty and good humor. He's passionate about his coffees (selected beans, home-roasted and ground using traditional techniques), as well as spices and roasted cashews, for a guaranteed "mmmmmm" effect! What's more, Maxime is surrounded by a crack team: Lukas the ceramist, Mathieu the wine merchant, Sébastien the pastry chef and caterer. de très bons cafés ! c'est l'une des torréfaction ou nous nous fournissons pour notre chambre d'hotes. large choix de café et de thés de qualité. La torréfaction partage ce lieux avec un atelier de céramiste et un boulanger dont nous avons dévoré l'un des pains sur la route du retour. délicieux!
La qualité des produit vaut la peine de faire le détour.
