With his unique style, Jérémy, intrepid hop captain, has created his own microbrewery. He has swapped his insurance suit for that of a brewer. Since 2021, he's been brewing four fixed recipes (white, blonde, amber, IPA) and ephemera, using puffed French malt. But what makes his work so unique is his willingness to develop customized brews and collaborations. The man also offers a mobile "bar-van" and beer taps for hire.
