Modern, functional and luxurious hotel, located in a new building above Kostava Street, on the so-called «dream hill», because it's a kind of tiny Manhattan tbilissien. Far from the charms of the old districts, but comfort and modernity are at the meeting. Below the Philharmonie, it remains central and close to Vaké and Sabourtalo. Not the best choice for "Georgian authenticity" and quite expensive, but the residential area is not unpleasant and the hotel service is impeccable.
