Off the beaten track. L. Bardamov is a Buryat philanthropist. He had this amazing orange brick castle-palace built to house his collection. The museum is therefore private, rather discreet and certainly captivating. The antiques gathered here are fabulous: ancient sacred art (Buddhist, old believer), decorative arts, paintings, sculptures, cars... A mountain of treasures accumulated with passion, as you will probably not see anywhere else.
