Family-run cookie factory in Bénouville

Chic! The Bisson family perpetuates its delicious savoir-faire. After twelve years of flourishing bakery-pastry business in Dives-sur-Mer, a cookie factory has opened in Bénouville. La Fournée des Délices is a family affair: Philippe, a keen pastry chef and medallist in several regional competitions, makes a variety of cookies according to old-fashioned recipes, including his famous Sablénouville. Françoise, his wife, runs the store. And Kévin, their son, is in charge of marketing this new gourmet adventure.

Un point important dans une boutique c'est ce qu'on appelle "le premier metre", celui où on saisit l'ambiance la chaleur, l'àme de la boutique.

Nous avons été accueillis par la charmante et très souriante Clara qui nous a de suite proposé l’un des produits en vente dans le magasin qui a payé car j’ai été séduit par les madeleines à l’orange que je ne connaissais pas. Un magasin avec divers produits tous très intéressants. On revient tous les deux/trois ans on y repassera avec grand plaisir.
