This curious mix of memories of the Second World War (books, objects, models...) and ode to Normandy ranges from calvados to Isigny’s cookery books and caramels, as well as derived products. If Jérôme has a passion for the Normandy region – he managed the famous Cidrerie Viard for a few years –, he is also crazy about aeronautics. Hence the famous cockpit of a Mystère IV – the first French fighter aircraft to have crossed the sound barrier – and the many aviators’ wartime memories displayed in the store.
