Restaurant offering a choice of a starter or a seafood dish and a dessert on the daily menu.
Edouard and Alexandra continue to make us travel with the generosity and originality for which they are renowned. Butternut squash velouté with coconut milk, spinach risotto with crayfish tails, boudin blanc aumônière with two apples, pear and chocolate tartare or pain perdu brioche with salted butter caramel... The menu is packed with treasures from an extended stay on Réunion Island, where our duo were already delighting guests. The wine, selected with the complicity of the local wine merchant, and the house-arranged rum, to round off the meal, complete the picture!
