The cathedral is rather exciting, except for the statue of Christ used for processions. Just behind the cathedral, you will be quite bewitched by the driveway of a small cemetery of large vaults dominating the Central Canal.

La Sé d'Aveiro présente quelques points intéressants, en particulier des azulejos anciens (ce n'est pas toujours le cas : on en rencontre souvent qui datent du 19ème ou du 20ème siècle dans des monuments plus anciens), un orgue ancien, et surtout le coeur reconstruit dans les années 70 avec un bel orgue moderne.
