This museum hosts a permanent exhibition dedicated to the recent history of the village.

The museum is above all a testimony to the profound changes that have taken place in the area since part of the valley and the old village of Luz were submerged in 2004 after the dam was built on the river. The building alone is worth seeing for its original, award-winning architecture.
