Vanha historiallinen ja kaunis rakennus, jossa todella korkea huone osui meille. Viivyimme viikon, joten meille oli maksutta varattu hieman varaustamme suurempi huone. Todella ystävällinen ja nuorehko henkilökunta, puhuivat hyvää englantia ja auttoivat kaikessa. Ihan paras ja monipuolinen itsepalvelu aamupala urheilevalle nuorelle, paljon hedelmiä, kananmunia eri muodoissaan, monenlaista kahvia ja kakkuja, jopa lettuja. Kokki paikalla, jolta sai tilata mielensä mukaisen annoksen, jos ei valmiista pöydästä löytynyt. Kävelymatkan päässä urheilukeskuksesta, jossa poika kävi treenaamassa. Ihan kulmalla myös pyörä- ja skootteri vuokraamo. Taksilla ei päässyt oven eteen, koska vanha keskusta osin kävelykatua, mutta kävelymatkaa oli vain noin 100 m korttelin takana kulkevalta kadulta. Ainoa miinus se että ruokakauppaan oli käveltävä vähän pidemmäs, mutta alle 1 km.

Beautiful and very cozy place. Love the simplicity with details of this place. Respect the front office staff highly, they are friendly, very helpful and great at their job. The housekeeping staff deserve a thumbs up for their excellent job in keeping the room super neat and tidy. My only setback is that the breakfast is a default in booking rooms here. However, the breakfast is not vegetarian friendly, there was too much meat served, and I felt cheated ????. Will I come back? Definitely but only if I can book without breakfasts.

Ha sido un gran placer que Vanesa fuese la persona encargada de la recepción. El trato fue insuperable, solicité 2 camas por una operación en un hombroq que me impedia compartir cama, a las 2300 de la noche me distribuyó en una superior sin coste adicional al no disponer de camas separadas. Son esos detalles y su gran amabilidad lo que hace que te sientas como en casa.
El desyuno fabuloso, el hotel es una preciosidad en el corazón de la plaza Marqués de Pombal....gracias Vanesa por tu gran profesionalidad.
Es un hotel con encanto, cuidado al más minimo detalle y muy tranquilo.
Pero destacar su gran calidad humana y cariño desde la llegada.
Mil gracias Vanesa.
