O bar do hotel é muito bom

En voyage au Portugal avec ma compagne nous avons choisi cette hôtel une pure merveille, chambre très bien ,super pression d eau sous la douche (très important pour elle ????) le personnel est exceptionnelle.
Vous pouvez tout demander à l hotel, envoie de carte postale, petit déjeuner en chambre, le parking souterrain est à 15e les 24h pour les membres de l hotel au lieu des 75e demander sinon se garer juste devant l hotel est gratuit. Le spa est top ,hammam, sauna, la piscine sur le toit est bien chauffée (28°) possibilité de prendre leurs super petit déjeuner sur la terrasse du toit avec vue sur la mer. Vraiment he vous le recommande fortement.
Big up au personnel du restaurant ❤️.

What a fabulous hotel!
The staff were highly professional and extremely friendly and welcoming. Beautifully appointed room and a breakfast of the highest quality in a location that is, without a doubt, the best in Faro. The rooftop bar and dining room give panoramic views of the city and the bay. Watching the sun go down over the ocean was a highlight of our stay. Thanks Hotel Faro!

The administration writes that the cost of parking is 15 euros per day, while the cost is 50.

we were deceived. They said that a night of parking costs 15 euros. when we left we paid 55 euros. The claim was that the night is counted as 24 hours. this is vile. I don't recommend this hotel. actions of scammers.

Nice views from the Rooftop, very bad service, dont recommend food at all, I order a tabua de queijos e enchidos, cheeses are ok, but meat only salami from a cheap package give me a break, I'm portuguese born in faro, and it hurts seeing, hotels or services damaging our culture in order too fill up the pockets, did complain, but nothing was done or neither heard. Fernando a great Waiter, thank you I know it's not your fault.

Magnifique hôtel avec grande piscine, sauna, terrasse, beaucoup de choix aux petit déjeuner, le personnel est au top très souriant, agréable, à l’écoute, la chambre était très propre, l’hôtel est bien placer au centre ville, franchement rien à dire j’ai passer un très bon séjour et je recommande à toute les personnes qui viennent visiter faro ???? !

В номере было ХОЛОДНО весь отпуск, кондиционер не работает на прогрев воздуха, только гоняет его по комнате.
В номере был плед, но выглядел он СТАРЫМ (фото) и использованным много раз.
Кровати средней жесткости, напоминают ортопедические. Возможно, это хорошо.
Но в отпуске я предпочитаю мягкую постель.

Также в номере пахло сыростью.
Когда номер убирали, то пол НЕ МЫЛИ.
В ванной комнате НЕТ розетки.
Шампунь и кондиционер давали по 1 банке, хотя в номер было заселено 2 человека. ????????????????????????

Минибар в комнате отсутствует, но есть автомат с едой на 0 этаже.
В номере есть кофемашина, но НЕТ чая и сливок. Либо пейте кофе, либо НЕ пейте ничего.
Когда мы попросили дополнительную бутылку воды в номер, то сначала нам сказали, что она платная (4€) и мы согласились. Позже нам позвонили и сказали, что принести её в номер ЭТО ПЛАТНО И СТОИТ 5€. ??????? ???????????????????????? БУТЫЛКА ВОДЫ ЗА 9 ЕВРО В МАЛЕНЬКОМ ОТЕЛЕ 4 ЗВЕЗДЫ?? Вы не перепутали?

Интернет был либо ОЧЕНЬ СЛАБЫЙ, либо его вообще не было. Это очень расстраивает и чувство комфорта в отпуске сильно падает.

Номер имел название «премиум», но сам по себе он маленький.
Было очень шумно и днём и ночью!!!

Мне обычно всё равно, что на улице может быть шумно. Также на моем этаже (1) был ремонт, который начинался в 8:30. Но меня действительно расстраивало, когда я слышала каждый слив унитаза с номера сверху. Также слышно было всех людей в коридоре. И ночью это особенно неприятно, нам казалось, будто к нам в номер постоянно стучат. ????????????????????????????????

Также на сайте указано, что от отеля до пляжа ходит бесплатный трансфер, но во-первых, его нужно заказывать заранее, во-вторых, когда мы пытались заказать его со среды на четверг, нам сказали, что в четверг он не ходит. Это можно было бы указать на сайте отеля.

За завтраком подавали свежевыжатый сок, я обнаружила там ЧЕРВЯ, поймала его и отнесла официанту. Сок с общего стола НЕ УБРАЛИ.

Из плюсов в этом отеле:
- завтраки были хорошие и в красивом ресторане
- сауна работала, но в ней не убирали мусор несколько дней
- бассейн на крыше
- Вежливый персонал на ресепшене и в ресторане
- У отеля хорошее расположение

Но я не рекомендую! ???????????????????????? никогда сюда больше не вернусь.

Un peu déçue, le café est payant dans les chambres, 2 petites bouteilles d’eau se battent dans le frigo, rentrée à 15h30, j’ai constaté que la chambre n’était pas faite, à suivre !!

I saw the rooftoop from the square with some people but was not full. Me and my girlfriend wanted to enjoy the sunset with a drink and I walked in. First I was told the rooftop was closed and then that it was only for customers of the hotel which doesn't make sense.

How can this place be a 4 stars hotel with this treatment to people/potential customers?

Fantastic once again! We stayed at the Hotel for my husband's birthday, as we did last year also. The room was fabulous, the staff are so very polite and helpful and the rooftop bar and breakfast were faultless.

Déçu par la catalane de poissons aucune saveur fade et réchauffée crevettes sèche ainsi qu’un morceau de poisson sur deux légumes sans goût
Quand au dessert cela ne sent pas le fait maison
Une sertitude concernant la torta algrevia

Parfait pour un repas de qualité entre amis .
seul l'accompagnement avec l'apéritif était un peu léger.
La cataplana de poissons était vraiment super.

Je recommande de façon INCONDITIONNELLE !
Terrasse au sommet de l'hôtel face au port et le soir coucher de soleil ! Personnel à l'écoute, souriant et professionnel ! Quant à la carte, une pure MERVEILLE ! bravo au chef ! Un Incontournable de FARO.

Personnel accueillant et avenant, service de qualité. Les serveurs parlent plusieurs langues ce qui est très pratique. La carte est également disponible en plusieurs langues.
Le cadre est vraiment hyper sympa avec une très belle vue sur le port de Faro et la nourriture est à l'image de la vue, excellente.
La facture est un peu élevée mais pas exagérée.
