Near the town hall of Monchique, the place is very lively at lunch time. This restaurant was created in 1978 in an old haberdashery. The locals like to come here to eat a rural cuisine based on porco preto (black pork) in the middle of potteries, clocks and objects of all kinds. The rustic and typical side is deployed there without complex. With a little luck, the owner will even offer you a medronho liqueur! In short, traditional and comforting recipes in a warm setting accompanied by a good welcome. We validate.
