With Jean-Marc Berthelot and Vincent Guyot, the beer runs here of happy days. In Aunay-sur-Odon, the duo produces top-fermented craft beers. The colour of the labels varies: white for the Hefeweizen, red for the triple blonde (close to abbey beers), grey for the brown (aromas of grilled cereals and notes of chocolate), green for the winter beer (flavours of nuts). Their beers, which are either must-haves or short-lived brews, have won over the most prestigious competitions and you will come across them everywhere during your stay.
