Organic craft beers brewed in Normandy with medal-winning vintages

With Jean-Marc and Vincent, beer has a happy future here! In Aunay-sur-Odon, this duo of friends produces top-fermented organic craft beers. The labels vary in color: white for Hefeweizen, red for triple blonde (akin to abbey beers), gray for brunette (toasted cereal aromas and chocolate notes), green for winter beer (nutty flavors), and so on. Their beers have won over the most prestigious competitions, from short-lived brews to limited editions for the barrel-aged HOP & Co range.

Two of your beers - the blonde and the hefeweizen tried for the first time, accompanying dinner yesterday at the Brasserie d'En Face in Arromanches. Excellent ..... lovely yeasty taste to the blonde, and just a light hint of citrus with the hefeweizen. Two American friends staying preferred the hefeweizen....
