The hotel belongs to the government. Very central, it is built on a rocky piton overlooking the river. The view is wonderful. The rooms overlook the Kokcha River. Electricity 24 h/24 if you ask, hot water. It shows Afghans as a «business trip». In the evening, everyone is talking, the atmosphere is warm and friendly. The best value for money in the city.
