Veterans' Museum in Arromanches to pay tribute to Floris Kok's grandfather.
It was a family story that led this Dutchman to open his World War II museum. The son of a Resistance fighter, the owner has built up one of the region's most intimate and moving collections, having collected stories and objects relating to the Battle of Normandy from veterans. Each photo, each artifact, tells not only the big story, but also the little one, of those who witnessed it first-hand.

N'hésitez pas à faire le détour dans la petite rue en.face de l'office de tourisme ......
The militaria in this museum was given by veterans of the Normandy campaign.
The front of the museum is a militaria shop.
I visit this museum every time I visit Arromanches. This is without doubt one of my favourite museums in Normandy .
Little shop selling antiques as well.
Would definitely recommend!
