This is the NH hotel in the center of Utrecht, 276 rooms in a very high grey tower that is somewhat unattractive (this is an understatement). A good value for money and very central. The rooms are very well decorated in a zen design spirit with some flashy colors here and there. The comfort is there, some beds are huge. The view on Utrecht and the surroundings is very nice. This address is more expensive than the other address of the same name but the comfort is more important. The location is however less charming.
