This bar-brasserie-restaurant has just opened and is already a sensation in Utrecht and beyond. It is housed in a former student club and the fabulous décor is a perfect echo of the Parisian cabarets and bouillons. The menu focuses on oysters and seafood. It is possible to savor them at the bar while another menu is proposed for the restaurant. This one changes regularly and associates meat and fish. The organic bread is home-made.
