Petit restaurant très sympa avec un personnel très accueillant. Cuisine simple mais très bonne. Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée. Nous y retournerons à notre prochain passage à Edam.

Situé à l'entrée de la ville, cet hôtel constitue un point de départ idéal pour vous immerger dans les ruelles typiques hollandaises. L'hôtel est certes un peu cher, comme l'hôtellerie en général aux Pays-Bas, mais est très authentique. Par beau temps, ne manquez pas de profiter de la superbe terrasse en bord du canal !
