Central library with several reading rooms and a small theater in Rotterdam

The central library, a large modern building by Van den Broek and Bakema, houses several reading rooms and a small theater. Then go back and turn left into the Korte Hoogstraat. On the other side of Churchill Plein, near the pond, Ossip Zadkine's moving sculpture The Destroyed City symbolizes the martyrdom of Rotterdam during the Second World War. This building is one of the city's classics, instantly recognizable.

Une magnifique bibliothèque
Vaste édifice, bien situé, c'est un incontournable surtout pour les amoureux du livre que de s'y rendre. Vous pouvez même prendre un verre au bar situé au rez de chaussée du bâtiment :)
