Protected building designed in 1949 and delivered by the city's star architect Hugh Maaskant, bringing together more than 200 companies
An iconic post-war building, the Industriegebouw was completely renovated in 2017 and has just begun a second life. Designed in 1949 and delivered in 1952 by the city's star architect Hugh Maaskant, it is a protected building of 22,000m2. Nowadays it gathers more than 200 companies and an active community of more than 1,000 people with various activities (hotel business but also office). This is where the famous MVRDV architectural firm is located (author of the Markthal and the recent Depot, the new symbol of the city).
