For the past twenty years, Huson has been bringing the Rotterdam culinary scene to life with gusto. This restaurant has a mauve, yellow and turquoise decor that looks like something out of a decorating magazine. The menu is beautiful and includes a variety of hearty salads, soups and starters. There are also some classic Dutch dishes that have been updated. The dishes are certainly more expensive than the usual broodjes but they are also much more inspired. An excellent address to discover after an exhibition at the Kunsthal.
