This "new café" is the café of the "new institute". It is a museum restaurant that is out of the ordinary. First of all, its sublime setting overlooks the magnificent waterfront of the new architecture institute. Its interior is naturally bright and imposing: high ceilings, light concrete floors, all enhanced by beautiful green plants. The atmosphere is a bit postmodern. Manuela, a well-known figure in the culinary scene, is in charge of the kitchen and offers vegetarian and vegan dishes. To note, the superb terrace for the beautiful days.
