Probably the most famous address of its kind. It's a diamond-cutting factory that can be visited, and it's a city institution (but a commercial one!). Diamonds are sold here at wholesale prices, which are still wholesale prices (don't dream...). The organization is such that they can even set them up for you within the hour. To digest the expense, why not go and have a drink in the cafeteria, where everything is free. Tours in French are sometimes possible, but please ask in advance. English tours are also available.

Nous n'avions pas fait attention qu'il fallait réserver la visite en Français, à l'accueil on ne nous a rien dit de spécial. Nous avons commencé la visite puis j'ai croisé une guide parlant français avec une famille, je lui demande si nous pouvons continuer la visite avec elle , elle a demandé à la famille si ils étaient d'accord, puis nous avons continué avec elle . Elle était très agréable et nous a fait vivre un moment mémorable, dans une petite salle privée, nous avons vu des diamants exceptionnels, elle nous a expliqué les carats la taille... sans prétentions.
Alors je dirais, réservez à l'avance, c'est magique, nous avons eu de la chance de pouvoir faire cette visite privée par hasard. C'est gratuit !

Extremely disappointed by the welcome. After affirmative response guest on french tours, we had unpleasant one surprised to have a visit in English... Indicating guest that we were not perfectly bilingual, we were nicely guided towards the exit... It was not fracture of having been polite. We were not to matches the value of their diamonds... Avoid.
