Only issue was the bed bugs, my bed was infested. I told the front desk about it, they didn't look surprised and told me people bring them to the hotel...
Don't know if they acted on it.
Zero accountability and extreme aggressiveness when the problem was brought to the staff’s attention. To be avoided at all costs.

Karl & Joseph are wonderful hosts & always treat us like friends/family. Staff is always attentive & friendly. Rooms are always clean. The breakfast is always delicious especially the ham & cheese toast, the coffee is always perfect!
Thank you Karl & Joseph for always making our vacation an amazing one! We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Hay un baño/ducha compartido cada 2 habitaciones, siempre muy limpio.
La zona es ruidosa durante el día por las campanas y los turistas, también al amanecer por las aves en el canal.
El edificio tiene 3 pisos y no hay ascensor, cómo en la mayoría de edificios de este estilo en Amsterdam.

Für eine Städtereise nach Amsterdam haben wir dieses kleine, familiäre Hotel zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr gebucht. Die Wahl fiel wegen der sehr zentralen Lage entsprechend aus. Unser Zimmer war mit Dusche, WC, großem TV, Musikanlage, kleiner Küche, W-LAN, Zimmersafe und Kaffeemaschine sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick von unseren Fenstern auf die „Alte Kirche“ und die vor dem Haus vorbeiführende Gracht war überraschend bezaubernd und einmalig. Um das sehr teuere Parken in der Innenstadt zu vermeiden, sind wir auf einen der sehr preiswerten (ab 1€/Tag) P+R-Parkplätze am Stadtrand ausgewichen. Von den Hausherren (Karl und Josef) wurden wir sehr herzlich beherbergt und zu dem besonders leckeren Frühstück mit zahlreichen nützlichen Besucherempfehlungen versorgt. Durch die große, unaufdringliche und aufmerksame Gastfreundschaft, die nicht nur uns sondern jedem Besucher dieses Hauses zu Teil wurde, haben wir uns in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl dort gefühlt.

La Gare n'est vraiment pas loin à pied ainsi que le métro, tramway et bus.
Les bars et restaurants sont juste à côté également.
Je remercie karl le patron pour son accueil chaleureux ???? et aussi Mélissa et Nikita ainsi que les autres.
Les tarifs sont vraiment abordable comparer à toutes les locations à côté.
Hôtel très Propre et personnels à l'écoute.
Je reviendrai dans cette hôtel lors de mon futur voyage à Amsterdam.
Je recommande fortement.
