Although our rooms weren’t ready, the desk staff kindly offered to store our bags until the room was (which was exceptionally helpful, given the weather!)
We also were able to borrow some umbrellas - which was extremely helpful. We were very grateful for this.
The rooms were beautiful & very comfortable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who asks. A central location, attentive staff and impeccable rooms.
Thank you again for a wonderful stay.
The breakfast and politeness were the highlights of the hotel, alnog with the location that made everything very convenient.
