Bistronomy Amsterdam

Oriole is one of the restaurants of The Grand hotel, on the edge of the red light district. The setting, a former town hall, is majestic. The atmosphere is very green, with a plethora of plants and a superb, inviting garden. The whole is both designer and photogenic. The menu is concise and was recently awarded a Bib gourmand. Produce is seasonal, with an emphasis on vegetables. Great attention is paid to presentation. During his recent state visit, the French president had lunch with Brigitte for her birthday.
