The estate, founded by Huguenot Jacques de Villiers in 1694, is one of the finest in the valley. It's a lovely wine, this blend made from almost one hundred-year-old Semillon vines. Here, we try to respect the fruit and its freshness as much as possible. To preserve flavor, vinification takes place in a circular cellar, using gravity rather than pumping. Among the 15 hectares of magnificent vines and different soils, you can try the famous shiraz-viognier, which offers a rather original result.
