RICK'S CAFE AMERICAIN

A true Cape Town institution, Rick's Café has taken up residence in the vibrant Kloof Street area. Originally housed in a 110 year old Victorian house, the new home has just as much charm, with the added bonus of the cosy balcony on the corner of Kloof Street and Weltevreden. Inside, the décor is unchanged and reminiscent of the film Casablanca. The décor is cosy, with velvet benches and colourful mosaics on the walls and on the stairs. Wrought iron candlesticks subdue the atmosphere.
