Traditional Italian ice creams. The company makes it clear that it is Italian gelato and not a commonplace ice cream. Gelato is less fatty because it contains more milk and less cream; gelato, beaten more slowly, contains less air and has a denser texture; gelato uses only natural ingredients and absolutely prohibits the use of artificial flavours. Many flavours and all the flavours of Vietnam: hibiscus, young rice, lychee, mango... A highly recommended gourmet stopover in the Lac de l'Ouest district.
