Chef Duyên organizes cooking tours preceded by a visit to the capital's markets to learn about local products. To learn how to cook some classic Vietnamese dishes (pork with caramel, spring rolls...) and vegetarian dishes. Phan Thi Duyên has been passionate about cooking since she was very young, helping her mother to prepare the family meals. For more than ten years, she has been teaching Vietnamese cuisine and sharing her passion with travelers from all over the world.
