Here's a good address for those on a budget, right in the heart of the central district and only a few minutes' walk from Hoàn Kiêm Lake. The establishment is housed in an old mansion and offers 5 rooms on different floors. Each room has a different layout, but all are well-kept and comfortable. Toilets and bathrooms are shared, one on each floor. The place is quiet, and the staff communicate with you by WhatsApp, as the place is a little difficult to find in the maze of alleyways.
