Pizza Belga is a traditional Neapolitan pizzeria in the heart of Hanoi. The setting is modern and pleasant. The pizza selection was good, and when they came they were 90% excellent. Good flavour in the base, crusts well cooked nice fresh toppings. The only small criticism was that the centre of the base was soggy meaning you had to use a knife and fork to eat it. Personally, I prefer them still thin but with a slight crisp so they can be picked up to be eaten.
The local craft beer on tap though was very refreshing, I had the larger style.
