A few kilometers south-east of Zaghouan, there is a small perched town whose site and panorama are worth the trip. The town of Hammam Zriba has an old mine of minerals and stones (celestite in particular) still exploitable and which would conceal pretty treasures. There are also hammams, which give it its name. Behind the main hammam lies the remains of a saint named Sidi Zekri. The old village, Zriba Olia (Zriba the high), of Berber origin, is located about 3 km south of Hammam Zriba. Built between two rocky peaks, the ruined village offers a view of the Jebel Zaghouan.
