The childhood home of Mihály Munkácsy, one of Hungary's most famous painters, is now a museum dedicated to his life and work. Located in his family home, this well-preserved house exhibits several of his paintings, as well as remarkable 19th-century furniture that bears witness to the period. The museum offers an intimate insight into the master's world, between art and history, and enables visitors to better understand the context in which he grew up and created.
