Maison aux Pois is a young estate, atypical in Tokaj because it has no historical ties to the region: its founders do not come from a local line of winegrowers. It's precisely this fresh outlook that allows them to explore the terroir with daring freedom. Inspired by the finesse of Burgundy wines, they produce elegant, well-balanced cuvées without excessive wood or alcohol.
