ETHNOGRAPHIC MUSEUM (SZABADTÉRI NÉPRAJZI MÚZEUM)

This open-air folk museum in the countryside in a green environment presents a very interesting panorama of Hungarian folk dwellings, farm furniture and crafts of the past. Entire villages have been moved and reassembled here as a testimony to village life in the Hungarian countryside from the late 18th century until the recent past. The museum covers 8 regions of Hungary on a permanent basis, in addition to temporary exhibitions.
