At the Bellonte farm you can watch the milking of the cows and the making of the farmhouse Saint-Nectaire cheese. A film presents the life of the farm. The family has been living in Farges for eight generations. It is mainly a herd of Montbéliardes, more than 110 mountain cows with their calves that you will be able to stroke and, depending on the season, maybe even see a calving.
