A little out of the city centre, but close to the hotel district, this table will seduce gourmets. The pleasant and modern setting, all in white, serves as a showcase for a very inspired cuisine. The self-taught chef Christian Pollu selects the best products, most of which are fished off the coast of Sardinia. He sublimates them with minimalist preparations of Sardinian inspiration. Cucina Machri is considered the best table in Pula. Prefer an indoor table, the outdoor terrace overlooks the sometimes noisy street.

Ieri sera abbiamo mangiato molto bene. I piatti erano dei capolavori ed esplosioni di gusti ben abbinati.
Abbiamo apprezzato la grande ricerca dello chef nel proporre piatti insoliti.
L’abbinamento degli alimenti e delle spezie e non solo sono stati veramente apprezzati.
E per ultimo il servizio impeccabile.

Hemos pedido un menú degustación mi novio con vino por 100€ y yo sin vino 70€ Todo estaba buenísimo. Calidad del producto excelente La preparación de 10. Una explosión de sabor en el paladar. Vinos y champagne de la tierra. Postres exquisitos. Música de ambiente bonita. El lugar amplio blanco con grandes ventanas. Lo recomiendo a los gourmets. Local con estrella Michelin 2023
