This typically Sardinian restaurant in Pula is the perfect place to enjoy regional dishes. Located in the city centre, after Piazza di Popolo on the right, the blue gate opens onto a large and pleasant open-air terrace where piglets are roasted on the spit. On the small checkered tablecloth tables, boards covered with sheep's cheese, cold meats, home-made gnocchi and grilled meats lie on a bed of myrtle leaves. Certainly the best spot in downtown Pula with Da Giancarlo.

This pizzeria located just past Piazza del Popolo is the address recommended by locals, a good sign. The bar guards the entrance of the restaurant and its two large rooms with an old-fashioned decoration and old-fashioned tiling. If there's room left, opt for the small terrace at the back of the house. The menu offers a selection of around fifty pizzas with fine and crispy dough, in normal or giant versions, for very big appetites or a whole family. Also on the menu are the unmissable fried seafood or grilled fish.

A little out of the city centre, but close to the hotel district, this table will seduce gourmets. The pleasant and modern setting, all in white, serves as a showcase for a very inspired cuisine. The self-taught chef Christian Pollu selects the best products, most of which are fished off the coast of Sardinia. He sublimates them with minimalist preparations of Sardinian inspiration. Cucina Machri is considered the best table in Pula. Prefer an indoor table, the outdoor terrace overlooks the sometimes noisy street.

There is no more beautiful location than this restaurant in the heart of Nora Lagoon. The terrace and dining room look out onto the setting sun reflected in the calm waters of the lagoon. The talented chef Davide Atzeni offers an inspired and delicate cuisine drawn from the sea bed. Eggs are cooked at a low temperature and seasoned with hazelnut and lemon juice, spaghetti is served with scampi and fish is surrounded by vegetables beautifully arranged on the plate. A magical place.
