The talented chef Davide Atzeni offers an inspired and delicate cuisine drawn from the sea bed. Eggs are cooked at a low temperature and seasoned with hazelnut and lemon juice, spaghetti is served with scampi and fish is surrounded by vegetables beautifully arranged on the plate.
