The self-taught chef Christian Pollu selects the best products, most of which are fished off the coast of Sardinia. He sublimates them with minimalist preparations of Sardinian inspiration. Cucina Machri is considered the best table in Pula. Prefer an indoor table, the outdoor terrace overlooks the sometimes noisy street.

Heel lekker eten, speciale combo’s en heel vriendelijke bediening. De aangepaste wijnen pasten perfect bij de gerechtjes. Echt genieten hier. De verrassing van de avond was het allereerste hapje.
