Halfway between Pula and Cagliari, at the mouth of the Capoterra and Cagliari ponds, this restaurant is famous for its traditional fish and seafood dishes. It is also an enoteca, so it has a well-stocked and quality wine cellar. The beautiful terrace overlooking the sea is often overrun by the bourgeoisie of Cagliari. This institution, open since 1967, has made a speciality of seafood platters, with oysters imported from France and Ireland, and lobster. If you don't want to ruin yourself, prefer the fishing of the day or frying.

LA GARANZIA: il miglior ristorante di cucina tipica di mare in zona Cagliari. Locale sofisticato ed accogliente, gestito sapientemente da personale altamente qualificato e disponibile. Le materie prime utilizzate di eccellente qualità sono alla base delle proposte del menù, tra cui si consigliano i piatti a base di bottarga, il polpo bollito (servito intero) e l’anguilla allo spiedo. La carta dei vini è ampiamente assortita e variegata, così da soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Sa Cardiga e su Schironi è un imperdibile appuntamento con il gusto.
