Da Giancarlo is Pula's institution. A mythical and very busy restaurant, where the service is busy trying to place everyone during the summer. Here the seats are expensive, not the food. In addition to the pizzas, which are among the best in the city, shellfish, pasta and Sardinian specialities are in the spotlight. The restaurant is large but manages to bring out fresh and tasty cuisine. The highlight of the show, other than the pleasure of the plate, is the lobster tank cleverly hidden in a boat stranded in the middle of the room.

Wszystkie przystawki na zimno - owoce morza podane w tej samej octowej zalewie
Zamiast pieczonych ziemniaków otrzymaliśmy - wcześniej ugotowane ziemniaki , teraz podsmażone z cebulą

Bzdurą jest doliczanie „coperto „ i serwisu … !!!!! Nie polecam !!!!
Spaghetti ai frutti di mare salati. Ora... lo so anch'io da semplice casalinga che vongole e cozze si puliscono con acqua e sale, quindi non vado a salare il sugo. Piuttosto un pò di peperoncino per insaporire.
Frittura di calamari decongelati e non freschi. E si sente. Ma lo scrivono nel menù, quindi "hai voluto la bicicletta, adesso pedala".
Si salvano solo vino (non della casa ma in bottiglia) e il dolce....il creme caramel senza lattosio: vedremo stanotte se è vero ????
