ci sono ristoranti che oltre a creare ottimi piatti esaltando la tradizione (con la T maiuscola), con sapori a volte un po' decisi, certo, riescono a costruire un po' alla volta, a tavola, quel tessuto che unisce i popoli. questo è uno di quegli angoli.

Ristorante tipicamente Sardo vasto menù,camerieri simpatici e svegli dopo la prima cena siamo stati conquistati dal buon cibo qualità prezzo tanto da fare le nostre ultime cinque cene sempre lì senza mai stancarci... complimenti a tutto lo staff e grazie per tutto

Vielleicht war es bei uns ein Ausnahmefall, jedoch ist bei uns das Essen im Höchstfall 1 1/2 Sterne Wert gewesen.
Mehr als enttäuschend, da wir auf Empfehlung in dieses Haus kamen und es zudem so gut bewertet ist.
Der Service war okay und das Ambiente sehr schön.
Waren mit sieben Personen dort (3 Kinder). Sehr kinderfreundlich!!
Speisekarte auf italienisch, deutsch, französisch und Englisch vorhanden, somit leicht auch für Urlauber verständlich. Personal konnte sogar deutsch sprechen.
Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Abend mit sardischem Essen (bevorzugt Fleisch).
Unbedingt reservieren!

Holidaying in south west Sardinia from the U.K. in mid June 2022, we visited this family restaurant for dinner, having pre-booked.
It is set in the heart of Pula town in a beautiful courtyard, with fruit trees and a display of historical tools used for farming.
You can also see the porchetta, little piglets roasting in the fireplace.
Dinner was outside in the courtyard.
We were warmly welcomed and sat at our table.
We had a nice assortment of bread and chilled bottle water.
For antipasti, we shared a mixed plate of cheeses, grilled vegetables and cheese.
For the Prima course we had macarrones with beef and a tomato ravioli.
For the main course we had porchetta, which is pieces of roast suckling piglet, which was served with small roast potatoes and herbs.
For dessert we shared a local Sardinian dessert called Sebadas which is a deep fried pastry with ricotta and honey. We then had a mirto, a liqueur made from myrtle leaves - unique to Sardinia. It is a very nice digestive.
The food was excellent.
For drinks, we shared a nice bottle of Cannonau, a Sardinian red wine.
This restaurant is a must visit restaurant - the venue is beautiful, great atmosphere, excellent food, wonderful service, friendly staff (who also speak English) and good value.
Please book in advance to avoid disappointment as they get fully booked almost daily.

Casa campidanese riadattata a ristorante... ambiente piacevole, molto caratteristico. Il maitre veramente gentile e simpatico. Menù tipico sardo, cibo buono. Prezzo contenuto.
