PESCHERIA PONTIS

Nuovo Consorzio Pontis, sole concessionaire of the Pontis lagoon, is a 2,230-hectare fishing complex founded in 1993 by the union of 11 fishermen's cooperatives that have always operated in the Cabras lagoon. The fishermen manage the plant, the conservation and marketing of the catch, as well as the production of the two main flagship products, bottarga (mullet bottarga) and smoked mullet fillet. And let's not forget the restaurant, serving the finest lagoon and seafood.
