This family business specialising in bottarga has grown over the generations. Today it is a well-established company that perpetuates Cabras' speciality, bottarga di muggine. The bags of mule eggs are carefully picked and dried to produce the precious Sardinian caviar, although part of the production is imported . The small company also offers tuna bottarga, smoked mullet and cream of bottarga.
