Perched on the heights of Bosa, you have to be prepared to climb several steps to get there. But the effort is worth it, because the Borgo San't Ignazio offers another atmosphere, another setting, nestled in the heart of the medieval district of Bosa. The beautiful vaulted room with stone walls and irregular plastering betrays the age of this house. Here you can taste Sardinian cold meats and cheeses, fish al forno, pasta al dente or seadas al miele. The terrace occupies half of the alleyway, installed under the vine or in the sun.

ESTRÒÒ

Spécialités €€

In a picturesque and quiet corner of Bosa, at the foot of the fortress, you can enjoy a cuisine where good local products are prepared with audacity and originality. The colourful cuisine dares originality with a fish carbonara (the marriage between mussels and grilled bacon is a success), a carpaccio of donkey meat, lamb in olive crust and potatoes infused with peppers and the unmistakable tiramisardo with honey and ricotta. All to be enjoyed in the pretty indoor room or on the terrace.

RISTORANTE S'ABBA DRUCHE

Seafood Restaurant €€
Closed - Open to 07h30

Nestled on a small cape that juts out into the clear waters, S'Abba Drucche's large covered terrace enjoys a perfect location. The eyes, when not distracted by the superb culinary compositions, are turned towards the sea and its magnificent coves just a stone's throw from the restaurant - yes, just a stone's throw, that's not an image. We loved the welcome and the quality of the fresh products. Fish specialties, local or revisited dishes... Our favorite is the cuttlefish tagliatelle! A magical and romantic place!
