Gnamma Holes are proof of genius in the art of Aboriginal survival. In fact, they widened in the flat rock a few holes to collect rainwater. To keep this clean water, the holes were covered with sand. It served as a filter and prevented mosquitoes and larvae from polluting water. Then it was enough to dig into the sand so that the water would be filtered.
